~Please get tests signed and returned
~Pass in review of vacabulary and chapter 5 if you have not already done so
~Started the foldable on the cell cycle which is due on Friday , May 18!!
~Section 5.2 will be completed next class
May 2:
~ Complete review assignment up to Section C question 1.
~ TErm quiz on terms 21-30 will be tomorrow and we will finish the review in class.
~ All sections, that is sections A,B and C will be corrected in class tomorrow !!
May 1 :
~ Test date for Chapter 4 has been set for May 8.
~Term quiz for terms 11-20 will be May 2
April 27:
~ Complete up to number 41 on the review sheet for Chapter 4 for Wednesday May 2!! Review all material covered in chapter 4 thus far!!
~ Term quiz on terms 11-20 will be on May 2!!
April 25:
~ Complete questions 1,2 and 3 on page 113.
~ Complete numbers 1-23 on the review for chapter 4.

~ Read pages 112- 119 for next class which is tomorrow !
~Terms are due to be compleeted for class tomorrow !
April 23rd:
~If you have not already done so please pass in the STSE assignment on Electricity by tomorrow ---April 24!
~Terms for Unit 4 have been distributed and must be completed by Wednesday, April 25!! Those terms not found in the text will be given to you in class tomorrow.
~ Term quiz dates are as follows:

~ Students corrected the definitions for unit 2.
~We reviewed the test and filled in the correct answers where necessary.

~Study outilines were given and students were told that they could review one more time their research papers to make sure they have followed the outline given in early October!

~Students have been working on the worksheets given in class ! Worksheets 1 and 2 should be completed for next class which is tomorrow.
~We will be working on the chapter 12 review tomorrow !
~Test date for Unit 1 is December 2!!
Nov.16:
~ Students have been given the review for chapter 12 !! Test date on Unit 3 will be announced early next week.
~Students need to bring in their Science Fair Portfolios on Monday!!

~ Students are reminded to continue to work on the True/False, Multiple Choice and Completion sections of the review sheet!
~ Questions are being completed in class!

~ Students completed chapter 11 --we reviewed the handout of notes!
~ Review sheets for chpt 11 were passed out --students are asked to work on the true/false, completion and matching sections -the question section will be worked on in class!
~ Review sheet will be corrected on Nov. 1
~ Test is November 4
Ocotber 24:
~ Corrected homework and took notes on section 11.2
~Notes for section 11.3 were passed out and this section must be read for class tomorrow!
~ Review sheets are ready and we will be having a test on Friday, November 4th.
October 20:
~ discussed section 11.2 --students are responsible to put the material discussed on the planets in note form ( chart, note cards etc.) for Monday !!
October 19 :
~Science Fair portfolios were handed out yesterday and we discussed how this year's science fair would work !!
~Science Fair will be on November 22nd, 2011
~Students will be given some class time to work on the project and students are more than welcome to stay after school next week on the following days to work on their projects ( rides must be prearranged for student pickup)

~Students are encouraged to get together with their partners and to get started on their projects !!
